Prior to founding Hudson Hill, Eric was a Partner of MSD Capital, the private investment firm established to exclusively manage the capital of Michael S. Dell and his family. Eric led the team responsible for the firm’s private equity investment activities. Prior to joining MSD in 2005, Eric was a Partner and Managing Director of Onex Corporation, a diversified holding company and investment firm, where he led the New York office. Before joining Onex in 1989, he was a member of the M&A and merchant banking groups of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Eric has served on several corporate boards, including most recently One West Bank, a full-service banking institution chartered by the office of the Controller of the Currency (merged with CIT Group Inc (NYSE: CIT)) and ValleyCrest, the largest landscaping services company in North America (merged with Brickman Corporation to form Brightview (NYSE: BV)). He has also served on the Board and as Chairman of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Trust. Eric received a BS in economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
