Prior to co-founding Henrikson & Graul Capital Partners, Steve spent 13 years at Anchor Brush Company (a Philips company), primarily operating and running manufacturing facilities. Deciding to breakout on his own in 1988, Steve founded and started Team Technologies, Inc. Team Technologies is a specialized manufacturer of dental, medical & cosmetic related products. Owning and building the company over a 25-year period, he made the tough decision to sell the business to The Riverside Company in 2012. During his tenure with Team Technologies, he grew the business to more than $100 million in sales and acquired and integrated more than 13 add-on businesses. Steve grew up in a military family and had the privilege to live all across the United States. Steve received a Bachelors' degree in Business/Economics from Aurora University (Aurora, IL) in 1979 and a MBA from Benedictine University (Lisle, IL) in 1982. His career has mainly been that of an owner/operator, which gives him a unique advantage when evaluating businesses and the people that work within those businesses. He truly believes that when you acquire a business, you are really acquiring the people and their culture. Steve has been married to his wife, Nancy, for 37 years and has 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons. He is an avid golfer who loves to play all the great courses this country has to offer. He also loves sport cars and iconic classic cars. Most importantly, any time spent with family is the best time in one's life.
