Luke Sweetser is a Senior Managing Director with Helios Capital. With more than 12 years experience as a private equity investor, Luke Sweetser brings expertise to all aspects of the investment process; including deal origination, valuation, due diligence analysis, negotiating and structuring transactions, and monitoring and exiting investments. Prior to Helios, Luke Sweetser served as a Managing Director at LH Equity and a Partner of the North Texas Opportunity Fund where he jointly developed and executed the partnerships investment strategies. Besides originating and structuring private equity investments, Mr. Sweetser focused on the oversight and leadership of the Partnerships' portfolio companies. Sweetser received his BA from Harvard University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
