Prior to joining Greyrock in 2019, Ryan was an associate on the investment team at NXT Capital, a middle-market direct lender. Before NXT, Ryan worked at Gerson Lehrman Group and PNC Bank. Ryan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Business Administration.
