Tom Bejin Bio

Tom is a practicing attorney specializing in intellectual property litigation, strategic counseling and freedom to operate studies. He has handled patent, trademark and trade secret cases in State and Federal courts throughout the country. His achievements include securing victories for his clients in matters before the International Trade Commission, multi-million dollar settlements, a rare temporary restraining order in a patent infringement case, and several preliminary injunctions in trademark cases. Tom has represented hundreds of clients, ranging in size from start-up companies to global enterprises. He has served clients in diverse fields such as automotive, lasers, robotics and medical devices. Tom has an JD in Law from The University of Michigan and a B.S.M.E. from the College of Engineering - University of Michigan.
