Having obtained his MBA in 1984, Doug has been involved in the principal investing, corporate finance, banking and mergers and acquisitions industries his entire professional career. He has held senior positions with Citicorps Leverage Capital Group and CIBC's Corporate Finance Unit. Throughout his career, Doug has been involved with entrepreneurs and owner-managers, helping build and unlock shareholder value.
