Haifa Sulaiman Bio

Haifa Sulaiman is an Executive Director at GFH Capital, boasting over 18 years of experience in private equity and M&A with a respectable track record in origination and sourcing, structuring, advising, and managing private equity in addition to financial experience, investment structuring and project management process of several investments post the acquisition phase. Haifa has led due diligence and execution of both buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a portfolio spanning sectors such as Education, Healthcare and Real Estate across GCC, Europe and US. Throughout her career, she assisted in closing transactions cumulatively worth over US $1 billion, Haifa was part of the leading team members in establishing GFH’s education platform “Britus Education”, in addition to managing the operation of other education assets in GFH’s portfolio where she played an instrumental role the operational and brand transformation of AMA International University, currently knows as University of Technology Bahrain (UTB). Haifa is an active contributor to investment committees and serve on the boards of select Group portfolio companies. Haifa holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Bahrain and has passed the first level of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams and is a level II candidate.
