Michael Arrieta is the Founder & CEO of Garden City Equity, a people-first holding company buying exceptional blue & white collar service businesses. Michael was formerly an early employee at DocuSign where he served as Global Vice President, General Manager, and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO. His responsibilities included global M&A, fundraising, strategic partnerships, go-to-market and international expansion. DocuSign ultimately went public and achieved a $40B market cap with 5,000 employees. In 2016, he founded MAV Ventures, a diversified family office investment company that invested in 100+ companies and funds, including Blue Bottle Coffee, TONAL, Impossible Foods, Rhone, Lime, Extend, SalesLoft, Anduril and more. Prior Michael spent time at Dell Technologies and also co-founded New Story Homes, a non-profit that has built thousands of homes in developing countries and is recognized for creating the world’s first-ever 3D Home Printer. Michael now serves a board member of Cambia Health Solutions, a healthcare holding company committed to making the health care system more economical. They employ over 5,000 workers and revenues exceed $10 billion. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management.
