Girish is an executive with over 20 years of experience in setting up and growing software and recurring service businesses. He is currently the CEO of BP Logix, Inc a leading Low Code automation platform and Managing Partner of Finrock Growth Partners, a private equity firm. Previously, Girish was the CEO of Workplace Answers, LLC (“WPA”), a global leader in online compliance training (acquired by EverFi, Inc). During his time at the helm of WPA, it was listed in the Inc 500/5000 list of fastest growing companies 6 times and grew 5X over a 7 year period. Prior to WPA, Girish was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Alpine Investors, a private equity firm. He has been a senior executive with Infosys Technologies (NASDAQ: INFY) , a technology and consulting services firm, where he led a portfolio of businesses exceeding $70 million in revenues and grew the business at an annual rate exceeding 30% over a four-year period. Girish started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he led multiple process and technology transformation programs for Fortune 500 corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, FedEx, etc. Girish is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. He is a founding member of the Austin chapter of Pratham, a non-profit focused on providing education to underprivileged children. He also serves on the board of Efficient Forms, an HR Software company based in Littleton, Colorado and Netreo, a network monitoring company based in Irvine, California.
