Teddy Schell Bio

As Senior Vice President of Value Creation & Strategy, Teddy supports Erie Street and its portfolio partners across the investment lifecycle to unlock the business strategies and operational enhancements to deliver next-level outcomes. Teddy applies data and insights to inform go-forward value creation strategy and partners with Erie Street’s network of operating partners to execute initiatives spanning enterprise systems and operational workflow improvements. Teddy joined Erie Street in 2022 from NBCUniversal’s Strategy & Business Development team in Los Angeles, where he delivered dramatic top-line growth through new and improved business models, as well as cost reductions through organizational optimization. Previously, he worked in the Operations group of PwC’s Advisory practice in Chicago, helping clients across several industries achieve significant cost savings through operational efficiency. Teddy earned a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he received an Exceptional Student Fellowship; he also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, where he studied Philosophy, English, and Business.
