Mr. Diamond has over 30 years of financial advisory and investment experience, of which the last twenty-five have concentrated in identifying, evaluating, financing, operating and/or monitoring small growth and middle market companies. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Octane5 International, LLC. Mr. Diamond joined Grubb & Williams, Ltd., an Atlanta-based merchant bank, as a Director in May 1988. In 1995, he and his partners founded Equity~South Advisors, LLC as the general partner of an Atlanta-based private equity fund. In addition to his investment and portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Diamond has also served as the financial advisor and senior executive for numerous portfolio companies and other businesses. Prior to joining the firm, he served with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Atlanta, GA. He is a past director of American Screen Art, Inc.,, CARSTAR, Inc., LoyaltyWorks, Inc., and VisAer, Inc. He is is a director of the Southern Capital Forum. Mr. Diamond graduated with a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and is a CPA.
