Thierry Lardinois Bio

Thierry Lardinois joined Equistone in October 2005 from The Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris where he was involved in structuring debt financing for LBO funds as well as portfolio management. Thierry has worked on a number of transactions including the buyout of Averys, a leading European manufacturer of industrial storage solutions, the buyout of Mademoiselle Desserts a leading manufacturer of frozen industrial pastry in Europe and the buyout of Unither, the world-leading manufacturer of sterile pharmaceutical unit doses using Blow-Fill-Seal technology (BFS). He is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of Camusat, Gardengate, GSCM Groupe, Karavel-Promovacances & Fram, Novares, Sateco and Wallenborn. He is an engineering graduate from Ecole Superieure d'Electricite (SUPELEC) and has a Licence in Accounting and Finance from Paris XI University.
