Guillaume Jacqueau joined Equistone in 1995. He is the Managing Partner of Equistone Partners Europe and the President of Equistone Partners Europe SAS. He is the Chairman of Equistone’s European Management Board and is also a member of the European Investment Committee. Prior to joining Equistone, Guillaume gained experience in private equity at Banexi (from 1989) and mezzanine finance at Euromezzanine (now EMZ) where he was involved in many MBO transactions in various sectors. With Equistone, Guillaume has been involved on a number of transactions including Averys, Bretèche, Charles & Alice, Converteam, Finaxy, Fives, Mademoiselle Dessert, Meilleurtaux, Spie Batignolles, La Toulousaine, Unither and Webhelp. He is currently a member of the Supervisory Boards of Accès Industrie, Bruneau, Camusat, Compin, Courir, Karavel-Promovacances & Fram, Novares and Sicame. Guillaume is an economics, business and finance graduate from ESSEC and holds a Masters in Finance from Dauphine University.
