Neal joined Equistone in 2017 from BC Partners, where he worked as a fund financial controller. Before joining BC Partners, Neal held the position of financial accountant at Vision Capital. Neal qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton after graduating with a Law degree from the University of Cambridge.
