Nicola Gray Bio

Nicola is an Investment Partner, she sits on our Investment and ESG Committees and she leads our origination activities in the healthcare sector. She has been involved with our investments in Appello, Stuart Turner, TI Media, Treetops, Davies and Photobox. Before joining Epiris in 2014, Nicola was at Phoenix Equity Partners where she established their origination and research group. Prior to that, she worked in the Strategy Group at PwC where she advised on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy projects for private equity and corporate clients. Nicola has a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge. She is an active member of Level 20, a not-for-profit organisation working to improve gender diversity in the private equity industry, and mentors a number of women in the sector.
