Brian co-founded Eos in 1994. Prior to Eos, Brian was a General Partner and co-head of the private investment business at Odyssey Partners, L.P., a position he held since 1986. Brian was formerly a Managing Director of First Boston Corp., where he was instrumental in building the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and headed First Boston’s leveraged buyout department. Brian has served on the Boards of Directors of many Eos portfolio companies, including ShelterPoint, RMS, Country Fresh, and KeyImpact, among other investments. Brian earned an A.B. from Harvard College. |
