Jon serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Entourage Investment Group, LLC and its related subsidiaries. These and future companies specialize in diverse entertainment and lifestyle investment, management, marketing, and business production activities, including partnerships with some of the top names in the entertainment industry. Entourage also makes major equity investments and Jon takes various management roles in varied companies and industries. Jon is also the Founder, President and CEO of House Advantage, an international customer loyalty, marketing, strategy and technology company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over a quarter century of experience in casino senior management, technology and customer loyalty, Jon is renowned for his expertise in strategic business intelligence and the leveraging of patron-specific data across all aspects of integrated operations throughout a number of industries to drive revenues and profitability. Before founding House Advantage, Jon served as the Executive Vice President of operations and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Binion Enterprises, Senior Vice President (SVP) and CIO of Resorts International, SVP and CIO of Horseshoe Gaming Group, and President of CCPI, Horseshoe’s intellectual property holding company. Prior to his career in the gaming industry, Jon worked in various senior-level technology and management roles with organizations such as Army Corps of Engineers, CDSI (private technology contractor to Department of Defense), Memphis Area Teacher’s Credit Union (banking and finance), Nike and LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center. Jon attended the University of Mississippi, the University of Memphis and is currently enrolled at Stanford University in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program. Much of Jon’s free time is dedicated to pediatric charities such as Make-A-Wish, Olive Crest and more. Jon is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada. Jon, Cindy and their three children are dedicated to building stronger, healthier communities for their colleagues, friends and family.
