EMSA Capital (formerly CRG Capital) is a private equity firm that targets distressed situations across Central and Eastern Europe companies generating sales of at least €15 million. EMSA looks to invest in a variety of troubled assets, including non-core divestitures, bankruptcies, non-performing debt instruments, and 'end of life' private equity funds.
