Jay Sunny Bajaj, Digital Capital Partners (DigiCap) Founder and CEO, founded DigiCap in 2023 with the vision to shift capital investment from traditional banking mantras to a hybrid of finance, entrepreneurship, and inspirational tenets. Prior to DigiCap, Sunny has over 25 years of industry experience including being the Founder and CEO of Digital Management, Inc. (DMI) which was founded in 2002 on the premise to create a global leader in digital, innovative, next-generation technology solutions. Sunny had since led DMI from a humble startup to become the expansive, worldwide organization it is today, with hundreds of clients and thousands of employees. In 2021, with close to half a billion in revenue, Sunny sold DMI to OceanSound Partners. Sunny has repeatedly been recognized as an award-winning culture builder and Smart100 CEO winner, an exclusive group of 100 top-performing and highly respected CEOs in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region. He has also been recognized in the INC 5000 Hall of Fame for making their fast growth list 10-years in a row. Sunny started his career with work experience at AppNet, CommerceOne, and Goldman Sachs. Sunny holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland with relevant coursework at the London School of Economics. Since 2016, he has served on the Board of Advisors to the University’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. |
