He founded Diana Capital in 2000. Previously, he worked at BBVA as Deputy General Manager of Capital Markets and was Spain’s representative to the European Commission for the integration of the European Union’s stock exchanges. He was also Managing Partner of M&A at the law firm “Asesores en Derecho”, Deputy General Manager of Capital Markets at Banesto, and Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Seguros Bilbao. He began his professional career at the Consolidated Bank of New York. He has been a member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts since 1995, completed the General Management Program at IESE (University of Navarra), and holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Deusto. |
