Michael has over 25 years of experience creating, developing, and running successful corporations. He is currently, the Co-Founder and Chairman of CVG Group, LLC, the parent company of Transportation Demand Management, Offisol, and EBONY Media Operations. He is the Co-founder and former managing partner of KMM Investments. KMM Investments provides a range of consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, including a division whose primary focus remains Residential Real Estate development and property management. Additionally, Michael has held various executive level positions with a range of corporations including, IBM, Sanmania-SCI, Boxx Technologies, Augmentix, and Heatwave Interactive and Calxeda. Michael’s vast experience in business, his wealth of knowledge in the field of technology, and his valuable connections make him a highly sought after candidate for Boards of Directors for non-profit and for-profit corporations alike. Michael obtained his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jackson State University, as well as a Masters Certificate in Business Management from the UT Management Institute for Engineers, Computer Professionals and Scientists.
