Managing Partner and Head of the Operations team, joined CVC in 2008. He is based in Luxembourg. Jean-Rémy is on the board of the CVC Capital Partners advisory business and is a member of the Europe/North America Private Equity Board, the Portfolio Committee and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining CVC, Jean-Rémy worked at TPG and, for eleven years, at Mars Inc. as European CFO. Jean-Rémy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
