Mr. Hung currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Transaction Management of CLSA Capital Partners. He has over 15 years of experience in private equity investments and law in Asia and is legally qualified in England & Wales, New South Wales and Hong Kong. He joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2021. Previously he was the General Counsel at China-ASEAN Fund, the Assistant Head of Legal at CCB International and a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance. Mr. Hung holds undergraduate degrees in commerce and in law from the University of New South Wales.
