Mr. Dumke is the founder and CEO of CloudBreak Capital, LLC; an entity focused on LBO, MBO and divestiture transactions on the west coast of the United States in manufacturing, distribution, and services. Mr. Dumke serves on the boards of TCHO Ventures, a chocolate manufacturer in the bay area; Vortex Engineering, LLC, a full-service metal fabrication company and VCC Optoelectronics, a pioneer in solid-state lighting and indication products. Prior to CloudBreak, Mr Dumke was chairman, CEO and co-founder of Avexus, a software 500 provider of enterprise software solutions to the global aerospace industry. Mr. Dumke strategically positioned Avexus as the MRO solution provider for complete enterprise resource planning and integration with existing corporate enterprise applications. Prior to Avexus, Mr. Dumke was a General Partner with PMF, a private investment firm specializing in acquiring and building companies. PMF successfully financed and sold (through strategic sale or an Initial Public Offering) several companies in the software, telecommunications, and Web eCommerce markets.
