Prior to founding Cloud Equity Group, Mr. Frank was founder and CEO of XE Technology Solutions, LLC., a well-established and reputable web hosting and cloud-based provider. Like many successful technology firms, Mr. Frank started the company from his living room and has since built an international conglomerate providing web hosting, game server hosting, and outsourced support services to subscribers worldwide. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Frank turned his attention to growth through mergers and acquisitions. He successfully executed and integrated over a dozen transactions, both horizontal and vertical, growing the company into the industry leader it is today. In addition targeting and acquiring best in class companies, Mr. Frank’s success can be attributed to addressing the industry standard through the implementation and utilization of the latest technologies which automated previously time consuming and expensive operations. This enabled him to propel the company past its competitors by focusing resources in often overlooked areas such as customer engagement, customer service, and employee empowerment. Mr. Frank has worked with dozens of independent web hosting and cloud-based providers, including several multi-million dollar organizations, to help implement and maintain exceptional customer service personnel, policies, and procedures. He is a McKelvey Foundation Entrepreneurial Scholar and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
