Soren Christensen Bio

Soren leads the Capital Markets team at Cinven. He has worked on a number of transactions, including Avolon, Barentz, Coor, Envirotainer, ERT, LGC, Numericable, group.ONE, Phadia, Spire Healthcare, Synlab and think-cell. Prior to this, Soren worked at Citigroup within the Leveraged Acquisition Finance Group, where he was involved in the financial structuring and syndication of several major European leveraged buyout transactions. Soren has a BSc in Economics & Mathematics and an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He joined Cinven in 2006.
