Jan-Nicolas is a member of the Business Services team, Industrials sector team and the regional team for DACH. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including CeramTec, SLV, STADA, Synlab and TK Elevator. Prior to joining Cinven, Jan-Nicolas was an associate at The Boston Consulting Group in Hamburg, where he focused on the industrial goods sector and corporate development. Jan-Nicolas has an MA in Economics, Management and Organisation from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg. He joined Cinven in 2011.
