Guillermo Jönas Bio

Guillermo is a member of the Iberia regional team. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including MasMovil and RB Iberia. Prior to joining Cinven, Guillermo was an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Investment Banking division where he was involved in several M&A, ECM and Debt Financing transactions as part of the Industrials and the Iberia coverage team. Guillermo has a BSc in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao. He joined Cinven in 2018.
