Ed is Cinven’s Head of Tax. Prior to joining Cinven, Ed was a Tax Partner at BDO focussed on the taxation of private equity firms and their investors. Before this Ed was an Associate Partner at EY and he previously worked in-house at Apax Partners and Bridgepoint Capital. Ed has a PhD in Pure Mathematics from Imperial College and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined Cinven in 2020.
