David Giroflier Bio

David is a member of the TMT sector team and the regional team for France. He has been involved in a number of transactions including MasMovil, Netceed (formerly ETC Group), NewDay, Tractel, Viridium and Visma. Prior to Cinven, David worked in the Investment Banking Division of HSBC in Paris, advising on M&A transactions across a range of sectors including industrials, aerospace and consumer. David graduated from the HEC School of Management in Paris with an MSc in Business Administration. He joined Cinven in 2011.
