Alison Raymond Bio

Alison is Cinven’s Chief Communications Officer and has overall responsibility for the firm's corporate communications and marketing activities. Prior to joining Cinven, Alison was Director of Communications for UK, Ireland and Israel at McKinsey & Company, responsible for managing the communications strategy, including media relations, reputation risk management, events, campaign management, social and digital media, leadership communications, brand identity and internal communications. Previously Alison worked in the communications teams of London Business School, City & County of Swansea and Penguin UK. Alison has a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Cambridge and a postgraduate diploma in Publishing Studies from Oxford Brookes University. She joined Cinven in 2023.​
