Alexandra Hess Bio

Alexandra leads the Investor Relations and Fundraising team. Alexandra co-founded Level 20, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry, and established the mentoring programme with two fellow co-founders. She previously worked at Oak Hill Capital Management, where she had investing and latterly investor relations responsibilities. Alexandra holds an AB in Art History from Princeton University, an MA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPP from Harvard University. She joined Cinven in 2004.
