Rob DePierre Bio

Rob has over 30 years of industrial experience leading, improving, and growing organizations through strategic planning and operational excellence. Previously, Rob owned his own industrial company, AGET Manufacturing Company, a leading industrial dust collection company. He also served as CEO of Henniges Automotive, a global automotive rubber seal company; CEO of Android Industries, a global JIT assembler to the automotive industry; President of Benteler Automotive North America, a global manufacturer of structural, chassis, and engine components; Executive VP of Benteler Automotive Exhaust systems, a global provider of automotive exhaust components. Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors at TAG Manufacturing, Mark Andy, and Wolverine Stamping. Historically, he has served on the Board of Directors at Signature Systems. Rob has a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University.
