Jack Falcon Bio

Mr. Falcon has over 45 years of experience in management leadership roles improving the organizational, strategic and operational performance of middle market and public industrial businesses. Previously, Mr. Falcon served as President and CEO of U.S. Manufacturing, a manufacturer of critical axle components for the North American light vehicle market. Prior to that, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of JAC Products, a global designer and manufacturer of roof racks for the automotive industry. Mr. Falcon’s career also includes roles as Chairman, President and CEO of JL French, a global supplier of high-pressure aluminum die cast products, President and CEO of Shiloh Industries, a steel stamping & processing company and other roles at Lear Corporation, Bannon Automotive and General Motors Corporation. Mr. Falcon has a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Economics from Muskingum College. Mr. Falcon is a passionate outdoorsman, contributes his time and energy to a variety of charitable organizations and enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and two granddaughters.
