David Matthews Bio

David joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2017. He brings close to 20 years of private equity, restructuring and operations experience. Prior to joining Center Rock, David was Director of Corporate Development at Cooper Standard, and a Vice President with Wynnchurch Capital from 2012 to 2016. Prior to Wynnchurch, David held positions at Clearview Capital, Conway MacKenzie and General Motors. David has a B.S. in Engineering from Harvard University, a Master of Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. David currently serves on the Board of Directors of American Piping Products, John Lawrie Tubulars, and TAG Manufacturing.
