Jay Makadia Bio

Jay has 20+ years of experience as a principal investor at Castle Island Partners and Berkshire Partners, where he spent 13 years prior to joining Castle Island Partners in 2014. He has extensive experience investing in consumer and industrial businesses including retail, food, energy, telecom and logistics. He graduated from Harvard College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. Jay lives outside of Boston with his wife and two kids.
