Spyros has been developing the business activities of the CAPCELLENCE Group since 2005. He achieved his entrepreneurial independence in 2009 through the MBO. Spyros started his career by gaining several years of experience in an American management consultancy and then spent six and a half years in the management of a larger family-run craft business with the aim of succession; this did not work out. With his MBI in a small software company, he then realized the goal of successful succession. After the sale, he was head of the IKB Private Equity investment business for mechanical and electrical engineering for several years. Spyros holds a degree in business administration from the University of Essen and completed his doctorate in Dortmund on the competitive strategies of Japanese and Korean car manufacturers. Spyros is full of energy, but also full of stubbornness and honesty. "I'm quite direct and open. That's not everyone's cup of tea." But he is also a subtle aesthete and creative mind who likes to be inspired and delighted by works of art by old and new masters, architecture and much more. So it is only natural that he is a great admirer of Michelangelo.
