Neil Shah Bio

Neil is a Partner at Brookside Capital Partners where his responsibilities include the origination, evaluation, structuring and execution of new investments and portfolio management. He serves as a board member or board observer for numerous Brookside portfolio companies. Prior to joining Brookside Capital Partners in 2010, Neil was a Credit Analyst in the Investment Banking Commodities Finance team at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group where he participated in the structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management of Commodities transactions. He also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch’s Middle Market Leveraged Finance Group where he participated in the origination, structuring, and underwriting of leveraged transactions for middle market clients. Neil graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and received his MBA with Distinction from Cornell University. Neil enjoys biking, traveling and spending time with his wife and two young kids. He is a New York Giants fan.
