Jeff Surges Bio

Jeff Surges is a Partner at Brighton Park Capital, where he currently serves on the board of HITRUST. Jeff has over 25 years of executive experience managing high-growth healthcare information technology companies.  Prior to joining BPC in 2025, Jeff served as CEO of RLDatix, the global leader in patient safety information technology solutions, where he was responsible for leading and overseeing the rapid global growth and transformation of the organization. Spanning nearly six years, the company executed a significant organic and inorganic growth plan while capturing leading positions in Risk Management (Patient Safety), Compliance, and Workforce Solutions globally. Partnering with TA Associates & Five Arrows (Rothschild & Co.) in early 2019, RLDatix expanded through 16+ acquisitions while executing a GTM (thin matrix) organization, leading to it operating across 20 countries while maintaining a consistent rule of 50+ model of performance. In November of 2024 Jeff transitioned to Board Member and Advisor, supporting the new CEO and company overall. Throughout his career, Jeff has been a CEO of multiple public and private companies, a C-suite executive, a founder, a board member and an entrepreneur / investor – a wide range of roles that have given him unique operating experience and healthcare industry knowledge. Prior to joining RLDatix, he served as CEO at Connecture and Merge Healthcare. Jeff attended Eastern Illinois University. He has been an active member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) for over 20 years and enjoys being able to mentor and support others in their careers.
