Mike DeGrazia Bio

Mike DeGrazia is the Vice President, Sponsor Coverage and joined Boxwood in April 2025. Prior to joining Boxwood, Mike held Private Equity Business Development positions with Centre Lane Partners, Prospect Capital, and Century Park Capital Partners, where he originated lower-middle market investment opportunities, and managed intermediary relationships. Mike earned his B.S.B.A in Finance and Information Systems from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University in 2015. The Long Island, NY native currently resides in New York City.
