Griffin Midler is a Senior Associate on Bow River Capital’s Private Equity Team. In this role, Griffin is responsible for investment research, due diligence, financial modeling, originating buyout, recapitalization and growth capital transactions. Griffin currently serves on the boards of directors for Kivu Consulting and Ocean Tomo. Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Griffin was an Analyst at Cowen in Chicago where he was a member of the Diversified Industrials Investment Banking group. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at D.A. Davidson. Griffin graduated with Distinction from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics.
