Phil Nolan Bio

Phil Nolan has been involved with Blue Delta in various capacities since 2011. As a General Partner, he has been involved with a number of portfolio companies, including Metis Solutions (acq. by PAE) and The Tauri Group (acq. by LMI). Mr. Nolan was Chairman, President, and CEO of Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), which he took public in 2006 and was acquired by CGI Group (NYSE: GIB) in 2010. Phil was also the CEO of Camber Corporation, which was acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) in 2016. In addition to his numerous Blue Delta portfolio company board seats, Mr. Nolan has served as the Lead Independent Director at Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), serves as the Chairman of GovCIO, and sits on the Boards of CACI (NYSE: CACI), MAG Aerospace and Capgemini Government Solutions’ SSA. Phil was a past Chairman of the Professional Services Council. He holds a J.D. from George Washington University, a M.S.E. in engineering management from the Catholic University of America and a B.S. in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and DC bars.
