Kevin Randolph Bio

Kevin Randolph joined Blue Delta in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate development and FP&A. In his current capacity, Kevin is instrumental in driving the growth of existing portfolio companies, leveraging a combination of organic initiatives and strategic tuck-in acquisitions. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, diligence, transaction structuring, financing, and executing post-closing growth and add-on acquisition strategies. Kevin has been actively involved with several current and past investments, including Metis Solutions (acquired by PAE), Quadrint (acquired by CACI), and W@tchTower (acquired by Achieve Partners). Before joining Blue Delta, Kevin worked for MAXIMUS, Inc. (NYSE: MMS) as a member of the Corporate Development team supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments across all segments and geographic markets. Kevin’s earlier roles at the firm included various positions within the FP&A organization, including corporate finance and pricing. Kevin holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from Colorado State University.​
