Patrick Duncan Bio

Patrick joined Birch Hill in 2012. Patrick is Chair of Motion Specialties and serves on the Boards of CCM Hockey and Polycor Inc. He has also served on the Board of Yorkville University. Patrick played a key role in Birch Hill’s investments in Creation Technologies and Secunda Canada. Prior to joining Birch Hill, Patrick was with McKinsey & Company in Toronto, where he worked with retailers and financial and professional services companies, focusing on post-merger integration, organizational behaviour, and corporate strategy. Patrick received his HBA (Ivey Scholar) from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Western University as a Loran Scholar.
