Gary Glasser Bio

Since 2020, Gary built the Data Science group from a handful of people to a cohesive team of over 20 professionals supporting our portfolio companies and investment professionals in all things data. Prior to that role, Gary led successful change management programs that delivered critical tangible benefits from Birch Hill’s data science efforts at both Cozzini Bros. and Citron Hygiene. In addition to his consulting efforts with Birch Hill, he was most recently Head of Research / Senior Analyst for Lucidus Capital Partners in New York and also has held various roles at Caxton Associates, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Berkshire Hathaway and BCG. Gary has an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science (Applied Mathematics) Degree from Yale University.
