Roland Graaf Bio

Roland joined Bencis in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a background as a chartered accountant and held various positions within Shell and Deloitte. As a partner at Deloitte, Roland worked in the international audit practice. In his role as CFO and director at Bencis, he oversees financial statements and fund reports, risk management, compliance matters and is a member of the investment committee. Roland graduated from the postgraduate course in accountancy at the University of Amsterdam and is involved in the ‘annual accounts and reporting’ committee of the Dutch Association of Private Equity Companies.
