Eric-Joost Ernst Bio

Before joining Bencis in 2010, Eric-Joost spent 10 years working for Candover, a UK private equity fund. He also worked in management consulting at Arthur D. Little for a number of years. Eric-Joost studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Delft and is a graduate of INSEAD’s MBA programme. He enjoys helping entrepreneurial management teams to develop, professionalise and expand the companies Bencis invests in. Transparency and mutual trust are important drivers of success in this regard.
