Benoit has been (managing) partner at Bencis in Belgium since 2003. Prior to joining Bencis, he was a partner at Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for the company’s merger and acquisition activities in Belgium, and held the position of Co-Director of Investment Banking at Artesia Bank. Benoit began his career at Price Waterhouse Belgium, where he specialised in fiscal restructuring. He holds a Master’s degree in Law, Management & Finance from the Catholic University of Leuven and another Master’s degree in Tax Sciences.
