He is a Partner and General Counsel for the Firm based in New York and works across investment strategies and in support of all fundraising processes. Previously, Jason was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Iconix Brand Group Inc. Prior to this, he has held roles including General Counsel of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., and as a member of the corporate/mergers & acquisitions groups of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison LLP, advising clients in connection with both public and private transactions.
