Raymond joined BC Partners in 1992. He is Chairman of the Firm, chairs the Management Committee, and is a member of the Private Equity, Private Credit, and Real Estate Investment Committees. Raymond plays an active role in shaping the Firm’s strategy, recruiting talent, sourcing new investment opportunities, and portfolio company operating reviews. He has over three decades of investing experience across a range of sectors and geographies and has led several of the Firm’s marquee transactions including UnityMedia, Suddenlink/ Cablevision, Petsmart, and Chewy. Previously, Raymond worked in investment banking at Wasserstein Perella in New York and Paris, and prior to this as a Management Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago.
